Pentz, Realtors was founded in 1989 by Jim Pentz, a native son of our area who started his real estate career at the Bronson & Blair Agency right here in Ocean Grove in 1975 He met his wife-to-be Karen Hennig, a fourth generation Ocean Grover and together they established James J. Pentz, Realtors in Ocean Grove in 1989. Jim’s untimely passing in 2002 compelled his wife Karen Hennig Pentz to take over the helm, and since she had already successfully obtained her Broker’s license after years of working in the industry, the Real Estate Foundation had been set, and her Goals were clear.
