JIM PENTZ, together with his wife KAREN HENNIG PENTZ, established the agency in August 1989 and relocated their offices in 1996 from the Broadway Gate to 78 Main Avenue, Ocean Grove (formerly The Bills Agency). Jim, a Licensed Real Estate Broker, had celebrated 30 years of dedicated, unparralleled service to the needs of the public in the Historic Community of Ocean Grove, as well as neighboring shore area communities, until his sudden passing March 23, 2002. (IN MEMORIAM) His wife Karen, already a licensed Real Estate Broker-Associate, immediately "followed Jim's lead" in assuming the role of Broker-of-Record of his wonderful company.

Instrumental to the success of the agency are Broker-Salesperson JANET N. MANNI and Realtor-Associate THOMAS J. NOWLAND, both Million Dollar Sales Producers, sanctioned by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission. In addition, ROBERT S. KOLEDA , having sold and purchased his homes in Ocean Grove through our Agency, found it his personal ambition to become a member of this Real Estate Dream Team.
