JIM PENTZ, together with his wife KAREN HENNIG PENTZ, established the agency in August 1989 and relocated their offices in 1996 from the Broadway Gate to 78 Main Avenue, Ocean Grove (formerly The Bills Agency). Jim, a Licensed Real Estate Broker, had celebrated 30 years of dedicated, unparralleled service to the needs of the public in the Historic Community of Ocean Grove, as well as neighboring shore area communities, until his sudden passing March 23, 2002. (IN MEMORIAM) His wife Karen, already a licensed Real Estate Broker-Associate, immediately "followed Jim's lead" in assuming the role of Broker-of-Record of his wonderful company.
